RSA-US Student Design Awards (SDA-US) is an awards program to inspire collaborative, multidisciplinary design-led social change which connects design students and faculty with industry needs.

This program is open only to undergraduate students currently enrolled in colleges and universities in the United States.

Who are we?
The RSA in the United States (RSA-US) is an affiliate of the Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce (RSA) founded in London, 1754. There are more than 27,000 RSA Fellows around the world, a diverse and powerful network of innovators from all walks of life.

Why now?
“It is a pivotal moment in the field of socially responsible design. More than ever, design professionals are involved in projects that have a social impact. Bill Moggridge RDI, (1943 – 2012) believed in encouraging and improving design education and was an enthusiastic supporter of the RSA-US Student Design Awards.
